The Avia garage has a shop for your basic needs, and offers fresh bread every morning and a small market on Sundays.
The local Auberge has a bar, and offers basic but very reasonably priced meals.
The village is served by the 3030 bus between Grenoble and Les Deux Alpes, and has many well signposted walking paths.
Honey is a local speciality of the village, and the producers can be found at most weekly markets, including neighbouring Bourg D'Oisans.
The D1091 runs through Le Freney D'Oisans making access to Grenoble and Briancon straightforward
